Wanaka Holiday Accommodation is committed to privacy for everyone who accesses our website. This site, https://wanakaholidayaccommodation.co.nz, only collects personal data about you as needed to provide you with outstanding service, and to help process your request or provide you with information.

• Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age.
• A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm a booking,
This is non refundable . However if the cancellation is due to Covid 19 travel
restrictions we will happily give you a full refund.
• Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
• All prices stated are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include a 15% Goods and Service Tax (GST).
• We accept payment via bank transfer or Paypal ( with a 4% charge)

Payment

We take a deposit of 50% of your stay to secure the booking. This is non-returnable. The balance is due one week before your arrival.

Payment is by Paypal (4% charge) or  internet banking,  our bank details are on the invoice.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will be fully accountable for the invoice.

*This charge will be reversed if a new booking is received for the dates in question.

If a visitor is unable to come to Wanaka due to Covid19 travel restrictions  then alternative dates will be arranged but the deposit/ full payment will be held by WHA.
