Any No Show or Late Cancellations shall be charged one-night accommodation charge. In case of an early departure, the guest should announce the amended date of departure at the time of check in to avoid one-night retention charges.

3. Availability of Rooms /Categories: All rooms/categories are subject to availability. There could be occasions, when rooms may not be available at your corporate rates but only at the best available rates.

4. In case of any changes in the tax structure levied by the government, the same would be applicable.
