All payments made to the Temple Tree Resort are strictly non-refundable. Exceptions for deposit payments made for refundable miscellaneous security deposits. Refundable miscellaneous security deposits are only refunded to the same mode of payment made.

Credit card guarantee required at time of booking. Submission of your credit card details means that you have understood and accepted our cancellation policy and allow us to charge your credit card for the applicable cancellation fee.

Please note that all guests 12 years old and above will need an extra bed (RM150nett/night inclusive of buffet breakfast). Extra bed is subject to availability.

Child aged 6-12 years old sharing existing bedding will be charged RM28+ for buffet breakfast per day. Breakfast for child up to 5 years old sharing existing bedding is included in the room rate.

Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in.

Temple Tree Resort can accommodate guest luggage complimentary in a secure location until the guest room is ready.

Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival than the hotel's standard check-in time or a departure later than noon, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier than the hotel's check-in time and want to guarantee that you would be able to check into your room upon arrival, we would advise you to reserve the night prior to the date of arrival.

Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by Temple Tree Resort. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change.

Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including, but not limited to, late check-out fees and/or an extra night's charges being applied to your bill.

Tourism Tax - An additional Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night will apply to foreign Tourists upon check-in for stays from 1 January 2023 onwards. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR will be exempted.

Heritage Fees - From 1st July 2022, all guests staying in Temple Tree Resort are required to pay the Heritage Fees of RM3 per room per night of stay as stipulated and imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
