Below are mandatory guidelines.


1) Only asymptomatic guests shall be allowed.

2) Guests are allowed entry only if using face cover/masks. The face cover/mask always has to be worn inside the hotel.

3) Details of the guest ( Travel History,Medical condition, etc.) along with ID and self -declaration form must be provided by the guest at the reception.

4) Guests are encouraged to minimize the use of Housekeeping services.

5) Please note - We are lucky enough to be surrounded by magical nature and its precious ecosystem; to preserve it and its wellness, we please request you to play music only at low volume.

Additionally, please note that as per local laws, music is not allowed after 10pm.


Cancellation Policy:

On cancellation of booking 31 Days or more to check in: 25 % deduction

On cancellation of booking 30 - 15 Days to check in : 50% Deduction.

On cancellation of booking Less Than 14 days to check in : 100% Deduction.

Non-refundable booking.

In case of Lockdown imposed by Govt., owing to the Covid 19 pandemic situation, the booking will be shifted only once and for maximum 90 days window from original check in date, and the amount paid will remain as credit with us and can be used against Room booking

Hotel Policies:

This is a couple friendly Resort.

It is mandatory to carry a Government issued Photo Identification Aadhar Card at the time of check in for every individual guest as per the Government Laws.

We do not accept Pan cards
