Payment will be charged after your booking.
For all reservations, the Management requires a refundable deposit of PHP 3,000.00 for incidental charges upon check-in.
Cancellation policy
Due to the specialty of this rate, this booking cannot be cancelled. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card you used to make this reservation.
No Show Policy
If guest fails to arrive on the expected date, a no-show fee equivalent to total reservation cost shall be imposed.
General Terms
Illness and Epidemics
Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar reserves the right to refuse accommodations to a guest arriving with a contagious disease. In cases where sickness occurs during the stay, please notify the Front Desk staff. In the case of serious sickness, you may be requested to receive appropriate health care from a nearby healthcare facility.
During epidemics we are entitled to employ precautionary measures within our judgment or as required by local authorities. We may charge you a room cleaning fee as we deem appropriate under the circumstances.
Damage and/or Theft of Hotel Propoerty
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay.
Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by the resort as a result of the aforesaid.
Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Damage Discovered After Check-out
Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.

Requests for late check-out may be coordinated with our Front Desk staff member.
A service fee shall be imposed for late check-out beyond 12:00 PM without prior approval. See below for your reference:
A. 12:01 PM – 2:00 P M – 50% of the room rate
B. 2:01 PM – 12:00 MN – 100% of the room rate or equivalent to one night
Bringing in of Food and Beverages
Bringing in of outside food and beverages are highly discouraged. If you wish to do so, a corkage fee will apply.
Smoking
As we strongly support the province’s “Smoke-Free Bataan” Campaign, please note that smoking indoors and in your hotel rooms is strictly prohibited and may be fined.
Parking
Parking is available at the hotel premises, free of charge. For helipad parking, clients are requested to secure their permit to land from Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
Helipad parking fee starts at PHP 2,500.00.
Lost Keys
Lost keys will be charged; key card for hotel rooms is at PHP 500.00 each while mechanical key for casas is at PHP 3,500 each.
Pets
We value the convenience and safety of all guests. You and your pet are allowed to have an enriching experience during your stay. Guests staying for overnight in the Casas are allowed to bring their pets, subject to our Pet-Friendly Policy which can be viewed on our website www.lascasasfilipinas.com. While guests staying overnight in our Hotel Rooms are prohibited from bringing in their pets.
Pet fee will be charged upon arrival amounting to Php 1,500 per pet per night.
Guest Belongings
In-room Safety Deposit Box is provided free of charge.
Visitors are requested to lock the door of their rooms securely when going out or when going to bed.
The Hotel will not, in any way, be responsible for the loss or theft of visitors / guest's goods or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of the hotel staff, agents or any cause whatsoever including the theft or pilferage.
The Management is not responsible for the guests’ valuables within the hotel premises.
Exit Pass
As a security measure, all guests shall secure an exit pass should they wish to leave the resort premises and upon check-out.
Exit pass is available in our Front Office at Casa New Manila.
Drone
Drone flying inside or above Las Casas’ premises is strictly prohibited without prior approval.
Request letter addressed to the management (Marivent Resort Hotel, Inc.) shall be submitted upon booking for process.
In the event that a drone crashed inside the premises of Las Casas, said drone will be reported and turned over to Bagac, Bataan Police for their disposition.
Management Rights
The Management reserves its right to change any policies, rules and regulations from time to time. In case of any dispute, decision of the hotel will be considered as final and binding.
