Hotel Give - a socially sustainable stay. Hotel Give is The Kind Foundation's accommodation offering in central Christchurch. By choosing to stay with us you are helping to fund a range of community services provided by The Kind Foundation. Centrally located next to the Botanical Gardens, Canterbury Museum and Hagley Park, Hotel Give boasts a range of accommodation options including self-contained apartments, deluxe private rooms and shared bathroom amenities dorms and rooms. Guests enjoy free WiFi, a 24-hour reception and a cafe. Hotel Give is a 13 minute drive from Christchurch Railway Station and just 16 minutes from Christchurch Airport. For an additional charge guests can access conference spaces and laundry facilities. There are two communal kitchens and lounges to relax in on four floors. We have room options for every budget: One and two bedroom apartments, with fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board and flat screen TV. All linen is provided and rooms are serviced daily. Deluxe private rooms (single|twin|queen|triple|family) with private bathroom amenities, fridge, wardrobe, lounge chair, desk, tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen TV. Full payment is taken on check in, guests are required to provide credit/debit card for security. Credit card information will be held for the duration of your stay for purposes including key card deposits.
Hotel Give accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, EFTPOS and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
There is a 2.5% surcharge for Visa and Mastercard payments
There is a 3.5% surcharge for AMEX and Diners payments
When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Check in time from 3pm onwards and check out until 10am on the day of departure. Our Reception is open 24 hours.
All guests staying are required to show a valid photo I.D. during check in. Minimum age for check in is 18.
Full payment will be taken on arrival. Additional charges may be requested at the time of departure.
Credit card information will be held for the duration of your stay for purposes including key deposits.
There is a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX and Diners credit cards. Visa, Master Card and EFTPOS are also accepted.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs. Maximum number of cots/cribs in a room is 1. Children over 2 years old have to have their own bed.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
We must be notified outside of 24 hours before the check in day, this also applies to any modifications or changes. Failure to do so will result in full payment for the booking.
Pets are not allowed, unless it is a service dog.
Late check-outs are subject to availability and will incur extra charges, charges may vary during the year.

The guest remains liable for any damages to the room or property therein, incurred during the period of the room hire, and due to the actions of themselves or their guests.
Any behaviour that Hotel Give deems as being inappropriate, may result in the guest(s) being required to leave the premises and any payments made for further accommodation will be forfeit.
If an alarm sounds you are responsible for your own safety and must leave the building immediately. If you require assistance with your exit, please inform the reception staff on your arrival. Where possible warn others while leaving. Report to Warden when exiting the building and go immediately to the assembly point at the Botanical Gardens entrance across the street.
